  • No, all of our services are done remotely. This means that you can be helped from the comfort of your own home through our technology and telehealth services, without any travel or waiting rooms to deal with.

  • All lab tests are sent directly to you, at home. Blood tests can be done at a walk-in clinic that we can help you find, or an at-home phlebotomist can come to your location to collect the sample. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to perform the tests and handle the samples. You’ll be surprised at how easy the process is.

  • Our program is tailored to each individual's unique needs, so the length can vary. However, most clients see progress within 3-6 months, and many continue to work with us for ongoing support and maintenance.

  • This can vary depending on your individual needs, but typically your practitioner will recommend checking in every 2-4 weeks to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.

  • We are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. You can easily reach out to us via our client management portal and we will get back to you during the hours of 9am-6pm Monday-Friday.

  • We recommend you do not stop any medications without consulting your prescribing physician. However, as your health improves, and with the help of your doctor, may find that you require less medication or that your medication needs change.
